A 14-day free trial of the plan you choose (Executive or Leadership Team). No payment card is needed to start. To keep going after the trial, an owner or admin adds a card and chooses a plan before it ends. The plan then becomes a paid monthly subscription at the published price, plus applicable tax, unless you cancel before the trial ends. If no card has been added when the trial ends, your organisation becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in, read and export, and nothing new can be created until a card is added.

One 14-day free trial per person, for the first organisation you set up. Organisations you set up after that start on a paid plan, and checkout charges the first month straight away.

Leadership Team includes 5 seats, and each extra seat is US$500 a month. Your organisation's owner or an admin changes the seat count in Plan and billing, which confirms when the change takes effect. Self-service checkout supports up to 100 seats; for more, book a walkthrough.

Yes. Without a card nothing is ever charged. If you've added a card, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Paid plans cancel at the end of the period you've paid for.

We don't refund partial periods after a trial converts, and nothing removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Read the refund terms

No infrastructure setup is required. Before your first thread, connect your AI plan or API key. Assisted setup is available if you want it. AI usage on your AI plan or API key, including any provider charges, is separate from Consulting AIOS.
