Terms of service
These terms describe responsible use of the product, customer responsibilities, AI-output limitations, and the commercial terms for paid use and trials.
1AI-assisted working drafts#
Consulting AIOS supports business diagnosis and decision preparation. Outputs are AI-assisted working drafts and may contain incorrect inferences, unsupported assumptions, or calculation errors. Verify facts, figures, assumptions, and source-backed claims before acting.
2Human review is required#
Outputs are not legal, accounting, financial-product, tax, employment, migration, medical, or other regulated advice unless separately reviewed by qualified professionals.
3Customer-selected AI providers#
When a customer connects its own provider account, subscription, or API key, the customer chooses the provider, model, plan, and applicable data terms. Consulting AIOS does not control third-party model service terms, retention, training practices, availability, behaviour, or outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Consulting AIOS is not liable for the acts, omissions, availability, data practices, behaviour, or outputs of a customer-selected third-party AI provider, except to the extent caused by Consulting AIOS breaching its own obligations. Customers must confirm that the selected provider is approved for the information submitted and review outputs before use.
4Customer responsibilities#
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of source material, user permissions, final business decisions, regulated advice checks, and any client-facing use of generated deliverables.
5Acceptable use#
Do not upload illegal content, secrets you are not authorised to use, malware, highly sensitive regulated data without written approval, or third-party confidential material without the right to process it.
6Customer content and product rights#
Customers retain responsibility for and rights in the material they provide. Consulting AIOS retains rights in the product, its interface, and its underlying methods. A tailored agreement may add confidentiality or consulting-IP terms.
7Availability and service changes#
The service may change, be interrupted, or remove an unavailable provider. Material changes that affect customer use should be reflected in the product, public documents, or customer communications.
8Suspension and termination#
Access may be restricted for unlawful use, security risk, non-payment, or material breach. Customers can request export and deletion subject to the privacy and retention terms.

9.1 Length and plan
A 14-day free trial of the plan you choose (Executive or Leadership Team).
9.2 Eligibility
One trial per person, for the first organisation you set up. Organisations you set up after that start on a paid plan, and checkout charges the first month straight away. We decide eligibility, and we may decline or end a trial that is misused.
9.3 No card to start, and what happens at the end
No payment card is needed to start. To keep going after the trial, an owner or admin adds a card and chooses a plan before it ends. The plan then becomes a paid monthly subscription at the published price, plus applicable tax, unless you cancel before the trial ends. If no card has been added when the trial ends, your organisation becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in, read and export, and nothing new can be created until a card is added.
9.4 AI costs
AI model usage during the trial is billed by your own AI provider under your own account. Consulting AIOS doesn't cover it.
9.5 Cancelling and refunds
Without a card nothing is charged. If you've added one, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After the trial converts, cancelling stops renewal at the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund partial periods. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
9.6 Changes to the offer
We may change or withdraw the trial offer for new sign-ups at any time. A change doesn't affect a trial that has already started.
9.7 Your data
Your trial organisation's data follows our normal data retention terms. See data retention.
9.8 Enterprise and founding arrangements
Enterprise and founding arrangements may instead use agreed manual commercial terms.
