Retention is workspace-aware, but not a promise of instant deletion.

Consulting AIOS includes retention controls and lifecycle runners. This page explains the operating model without overstating legal or certification status, and should still be reviewed by counsel before being treated as final negotiated customer terms.

Workspace content

Chats, documents, outputs, memories, and project records follow the organisation retention settings where configured.

Audit and billing evidence

Security, billing, subscription, and admin action logs may be retained longer where needed for integrity, disputes, and compliance evidence.

Trace and diagnostic data

Run traces and model-call diagnostics are kept only as long as needed for troubleshooting, quality review, and cost monitoring.

Backups

Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited operational period before normal backup expiry.

Legal hold

Deletion may pause if a legal, billing, security, or dispute hold applies.

Organisation owners can request export, deletion, or retention review.

Requests should identify the organisation, workspace, scope, reason, and whether regulated or client-confidential data is involved.
